My stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pensacola Airport North, I-10 By Ihg was delightful. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, with the breakfast variety including eggs, bacon, and a coffee station that made mornings wonderful. The room was exceptionally clean and modern, featuring many accessible USB ports.

Toilet felt loose.

A fan in the bathroom would have been nice!!! The steam from the shower made it hard to see while getting ready. Plus, the pool area needs some attention. the seating could use an upgrade!!!

the location was decent, but the hot water situation was an absolute joke, barely warm showers for days! and the toilet was practically wobbling like a dancer at prom. obviously, special treatment for us is a foreign concept here, almost thought of writing a good review but just couldn’t. 2 stars seems generous.

The property appears to be quite new and is well maintained. The employees at check-in were pleasant, and the room was clean and comfortable despite some minor wear and tear. The continental breakfast was a huge plus, with friendly staff assisting with food service. I would stay at this hotel again, without question.

The shower's hot water needed adjustment.

Room was nice and comfortable. Had a half fridge and microwave, which was super convenient. Loved the amount of USB ports and outlets. The bathroom was clean and stocked with Dove products. The only thing was the toilet felt a bit loose on the floor. Breakfast was great, lots of options to fuel up. Wish I could've explored the pool!

Loved the amenities like the Adapted bath and Roll-in shower, making it accessible for everyone. The Fitness centre and outdoor swimming pool were great for relaxation. Sun loungers were available, perfect for soaking up some sun. Breakfast was a feast, so many tasty options to enjoy.
